PMETs often go through a career transition phase by looking in to out. They revised their resume, practiced interview questions and try to expand their network. While these methods are fundamentally sound, the one that gets the job does something extra. They apply these techniques by looking outside in. This is fundamentally what the ADEPT formula means. ADEPT stands for Applying DEsign (Thinking) Principles Towards your Job Search Strategies. Through Job Search, Channels & Networking techniques, you will learn the need for as well as how to apply a fresh, differentiated Job Strategy. Not only you will get to learn all the different Job Search, Channels & Networking techniques, you will also apply Design Thinking concepts to each Job Search method so that you will truly stand out from the rest of the candidates.

Learning Outcome

Participants will learn:

· Design Thinking Principles and how to apply them towards an effective Job Search Strategy
· Design Thinking concepts such as Jobs To be Done, Value Proposition Map & Experience Mapping and how to apply them
· How to map the Experience Journey of an important job search stakeholder such as an Internal Recruiter
· Practice effective networking to reach out to these important stakeholders
