What strategies are there to jumpstart your job search? This seminar presents a quick overview of the critical theories of career development. We also explore the principle of self-concept formation, vocational identity, and life-span career stages. Participants get to identify their career anchor by self-evaluating their values, motivation and competence. They will also learn new strategies to remove roadblocks to positive changes.
