Employment-focused Peer Support Groups
About this programme
The Peer Support Group programme is for individuals coping with career transitions into new job roles/sectors, or employment setbacks such as job loss or retrenchment.
Members learn resilience-building tips from counsellor facilitators and share employment-related struggles and coping strategies with peers in a safe and small-group setting.
Each peer support group has about 5 sessions (each session runs every two weeks), with about 5-10 members journeying together with the same group of peers. Sharing is kept private and confidential within the group. The peer support group is free.
